Aimee Macias serves as Vice President of Agency Operations at PSA Insurance Services, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency and plays an important role in its continued growth and success.
Licensed in the insurance industry since 2003, Aimee brings more than two decades of commercial insurance experience to her leadership role. She has extensive knowledge of agency operations, commercial insurance coverages, carrier requirements, and the unique risk management needs of contractors and construction-related businesses.
As Vice President of Agency Operations, Aimee oversees agency workflows, operational procedures, staff development, carrier relations, and service standards. She works closely with PSA’s management team and account staff to continually improve efficiency, maintain consistent processes, and ensure clients receive responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service.
Aimee has earned the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) designation, recognizing her specialized knowledge of construction risk management and insurance and her commitment to continuing education within the construction industry.
